I'm Shalev Sheff.
I came into this work through a simple, powerful moment — helping a family member in crisis. That's where I understood the power of words, and my own ability to use them: with care, precision and a deep love for the craft.
In the years since, I've been studying — and I'm still learning and going deeper. I'm a psychology student, an NLP Master and Trainer, and I've completed a wide range of international courses in self-clarity, purpose and personal depth.
Along the way, I've had the privilege of guiding several hundred people in many formats — one-on-one journeys, groups, workshops, depth conversations and spaces where people truly met themselves.
After October 7th, after going through an extreme event, I used these tools on myself. That's where I discovered rare, new tools — not from theory, but from real, lived practice.
Inside that process I met dozens — and then hundreds — of men with their own challenges, like all of us. Men who function, smile, work, create, fight, love — and inside are looking for more quiet, more clarity, more connection, more life.
Out of that need and learning, I created MENLP Feeling: a course that blends several worlds, with a strong anchor in NLP.
I'm not here to stand above you. I'm here to walk through the course with you — emotionally, as a brother, without performance. Sometimes I'll be real and hard. Sometimes soft as butter.
The goal is for you to know yourself and to create the person you actually want to become — while you enjoy life, build rich relationships, move toward results and a career direction that fascinates you, and build hobbies and habits you genuinely love doing.
This isn't a course for the already-perfect. And it isn't a course for people trying to be perfect. It's a course for men who hope and act toward an authentic, full life — inside and out.
