Who am I?

I love seeing people experience transformation.

When people go through a transformation, their experience of life changes at its core.

And it's a privilege to witness that.

To wake up in the morning with calm and confidence, and to end the day with deep satisfaction. It's a new way to meet life.

I discovered this passion more than a decade ago.

Since then I've dived into 8 years of independent, curious learning, in Israel and abroad, from the worlds of coaching and mentoring, through my three great loves: NLP, the world of listening, and psychology.

I built the rich foundations of leading groups during my military service in LOTAR — in the regular army and the reserves.

But the real test of the tools I had gained came on October 7th.

In combat with my reserve team, in a complex engagement, I lost my teammates Roi Negari and Omri Balkin, of blessed memory. The recovery I went through in body and soul distilled for me what truly works: tools that aren't theory, but ones that stand the test of the hardest reality.

What grew out of the path?

Personal processes: guiding dozens of people through meaningful turning points in their lives.

Leading groups: a 5am community combining physical practice, writing and meditation, alongside NLP practice groups and in-depth trainings.

And today?

The program I created is the perfect combination of all these worlds — meaning we only work with what works.

Its goal is simple:
a space for authentic growth.

A space that lets you pause, break free from background noise, look inward, feel good and connected, and experience full confidence in your big and everyday choices

and grow.
